About

Be Still Frames was born from a deep love for God’s people and a desire to truly see them.

I’ve learned that so many of us move through life unseen. Rushed, overlooked, or defined by expectations that don’t tell the whole story. Photography became a way for me to slow things down. A way to create space. A way to honor the strength, dignity, and beauty that already exists in every person.

The name Be Still comes from Psalm 46:10. “Be still, and know that I am God.” That verse has been a grounding reminder in my own life, and it shapes the heart of this work. Stillness invites presence. Presence invites trust. And in that space, people are free to show up as they are, without performance or pressure.

I started Be Still Frames not just to take portraits, but to serve. To offer an experience where people feel safe, valued, and seen whether they’re stepping in front of the camera for the first time or returning to themselves in a new season of life.

This work is personal to me. It’s rooted in faith, guided by connection, and driven by that belief that everyone deserves to be seen with intention and grace.
